Our vision is to manufacture compact magnets and other modular system components at scale, load them into containers, and ship them around the world to any customer interested in safe, around-the-clock, carbon-free power plants.
We’ve shifted the complexity of the stellarator from hardware to software. For the first time ever, we can precisely dial-in arrays of magnets via an electronic control system, creating a stellarator with an order of magnitude better confinement than prior modular coil stellarator devices.
Via our control system, we take advantage of the recent revolutionary advancements in AI, ML, computation, and control systems to develop a device that can continually re-optimize itself.
Our architecture and ability to individually control each magnet allows us to correct for hardware variability including defects and off-spec manufacturing, mounting inconsistencies, real-world conditions, and long-term wear and tear.
